This fansite has been under Paige and Helena’s care since early 2019, when it was handed over by Gabby.

Gabby:
A lover of pop culture, books, music, fansites and other things. I grew up being a huge fan of Elle’s big sister, Dakota. We’re about the same age, and I remember always admiring her talent and the movies she chose to be in – they have certainly marked my childhood, and have stayed among my favorites. It didn’t take me very long to discover she had a little sister, who also happened to be an actress. The first movie with Elle that I ever saw was “Daddy’s Day Care”, but I didn’t know who she was then. That is, of course, if we don’t count her tiny appearance in “I Am Sam”, which still destroys me. I guess the first one in which I got to pay more attention to her was “Because of Winn-Dixie”, and I loved it. I had been loosely following her career ever since.

I’ve had the hobby of making/maintaining fansites for several years now, and I find it is a great way to unwind of all the craziness of study, work and other endeavours. So, although I was already a fan, I’ve been keeping a closer eye on Elle since early 2017, when I adopted both Lovely Dakota and Totally Elle. It has been fun! I hadn’t stopped to watch every single one of her films until then, it had always been more about me watching them if they were ever on, or renting them once I realized she was part of the cast. So I’ve learned more about her career through the site, and I find her choices so interesting. My favorite movies are, so far, “Reservation Road”, “Super 8”, “Maleficent” and “20th Century Women”.

Helena:
Movies, actresses, books, animals and 80’s music are what I love most. I first knew about Elle when “Super 8” came out. At the time I liked her performance but couldn’t call myself a fan. Of course I watched pretty much all of her big sister’s performances! In 2016 I watched the excellent “The Neon Demon” and fell in love with this this lovely face and huge talent that is Elle Fanning. I soon started to update a Twitter account about her and realized day after day that I loved her and couldn’t help but being amazed everytime she’d come up on screen.

I am a fansite owner since 2016 and never had the occasion to have an Elle website until recently! I joined Totally Elle’s team in 2019 after years of visiting the website. Thanks to Gabby, I could join this wonderful team and share the news of one of my favorite actress on a proper website. My favorite movies with Elle so far are : “The Neon Demon”, “About Ray”.
